When I went through the interview process for a Customer Service Representative position at RBC, it was a structured yet welcoming experience. It started with an online application, where I had to submit my resume and answer a few basic screening questions. A few days later, I received an invitation to complete an online assessment that tested my problem-solving skills, situational judgment, and customer service aptitude. The test included scenarios where I had to choose the best response to various customer interactions, which I found quite relevant to the role.
It wasnt too bad. pretty entry level. salary not really negotiable. If you come in prepared with expectations around the roll based off of the job description, its pretty standard.
