There is a lot of choices available for the benefits, it is flexible. Really useful for young and older people, overall very satisfied
Wellness benefits ( usually increase each year), enough flex benefits to allocate to 80% coverage for dental and 50% for drugs and medication.
As a contract, there are not any advantages, aside for the flexible hours and vacations.

New employee has 10 days of vacation time, but if you choose to go on Off-peak period, you can select 15 days.
