Lots of company's perks, varieties to pick from.
The benefit package was very good at RBC. There is no complain about it actually.
Recently RBC updated the benefit package. I am a single person, with no dependents so I didn't necessarily utilize all the benefits of the previous plan. I can now opt out of the plan to the core option and receive about $850 cash each year, instead of paying a steep premium each pay period. It works out much better and I can allocate 100% to any type of benefit (instead of the lousy 80% or 90% coverage when you pay into the plan). Generally I can get a massage, two teeth cleanings and a new pair of glasses each year at 100%, and no premium each pay. The new plan definitely considers your own personal situation. On top of this, we have access to psychology services at 100% as well as a spending account in which you can pay for athletic items, such as gym memberships, running shoes and sports equipment. Probably one of the best plans for such a large organization.
RBC gives really good benefits package to Full-time Employees. I can't really think of anyworse thing.
Good benefits for new phones and decent discounts on various tickets
The benefits are good but it doesn't allow for a lot of flexibility
3 weeks vacation is great. Health benefits with long term disability insurance and dental and prescriptions are awesome.
Provide the best training in cards, but not at all in the branch.
Two weeks of paid vacation when joined, dental, health, group RSP all were provided
The package is fixed and no extra health benefits. Also, the salary is low as per the job market.
