Interview for a new group within RBC. Very well organized and speedy process. HR responds quickly to emails. Asked about how you work within a group, how you solve group conflict, experiences in treasury/accounting, what groups of clients you'd expect to work with.

Simple and Chill. Everyone is pretty nice. The interview has more emphasis on behavioral than technical. There are not a lot of rounds. I only had three rounds of interview. Each time is with three interviewer.
