J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez RBC (New York, NY) en mars 2020
Entretien
Interviewed with analyst and associate virtually. Then flew to New York to meet with full team in person including the VP and MD. Mix of behavioral, background, and technical questions.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked about my background at my prior employer as well as various technical accounting and finance questions. I was also provided a modeling test and given ~5 hours to complete it.
Great convo for two rounds, but ghosting after the final with no rejection letter. I have to keep logging in to my portal to find out the result. Expecting more professional for them to handle the decision delivery
I was one of the earlier candidates to be interviewed, and at that time the process wasn’t very well organized. It took quite a while just to find the interviewer when I arrived, and the interview itself was conducted by two interviewers.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
There was an on-the-spot assessment, similar to a short case study. Most of the questions were behavioral in nature, including questions about multi-tasking and managing multiple or competing deadlines.
Standard interview process, responsive hr team. overall good experience. Each stage was clearly communicated in advance, and the interviewers were professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in my experience. The questions were fair and relevant, and the conversation flowed naturally.
