there are two rounds in total. The first is a quick phone call and then a few days later in a group of 6 people, virtually on zoom, everyone is nice and friendly, overall a positive interview experience

Entretien
got a phone interview with HR who asked what courses you have taken already. Will be required to prove it and they will check your degree if it's valid or not. They get quite a number of applicants (300+). Give preference to internal but many external got in so you must rock your interview. Then got set up with a one on one interview with 2 managers. Pretty easy if you know how to sell yourself

2. phone interview about your experience. all questions related to your previous job experience and education.
3. group interviews include two role-play and an introduction. why RBC should hire you?

Entretien
Interview was a chat based interview. I had to type out my responses. No verbal communication at all which was not what I was expecting. It was 15 minutes long but very few questions were asked about me.
