The interview process was easy. Right from my first phone call with the recruiter to the day of resumption, it was seamless. Had one phone interview with HR and one level of interview with the Director.

HR call first, basic questions. then hiring team round, some tech questions and some behaviour questions like why RBC and why you are a good fit. But the overall experience is not bad.

RBC interview process is quite easy going. Took almost 4 weeks. Recruiter is very helpful to understand process.
It's a bit time taking. Took almost 4 weeks to know the situation of my interview result.
3 interviews. 1 with HR rep, 2nd with hiring manager and last with couple of senior management. many behavioral question around personality, past experiences and what technology you worked with.
