there are two rounds in total. The first is a quick phone call and then a few days later in a group of 6 people, virtually on zoom, everyone is nice and friendly, overall a positive interview experience

Entretien
First step involved screening call from HR representative. Representative asked questions involving the investment industry and looking to gauge interest in the field. If screening is successful, the next step involved a group interview where they were looking to gauge ability to communicate with clients. During the interview they completed 1-on-1's with each candidate where they were given a few minutes to review a client scenario and roleplay how you would handle it.
1. online assessment, personality questions
2. phone interview about your experience. all questions related to your previous job experience and education.
3. group interviews include two role-play and an introduction. why RBC should hire you?

Entretien
Interview was a chat based interview. I had to type out my responses. No verbal communication at all which was not what I was expecting. It was 15 minutes long but very few questions were asked about me.
