J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez RBC
Entretien
I had an interview directly with the hiring manager, no HR involved, the process was straightforward and very pleasant. The manager was professional and upfront about job details and pay range. I dropped out as it didn't seem like a good fit.

Entretien
It was a fairly straightforward process, and similar to most interviews. Initial conversation with the recruiter; meeting with the hiring manager; salary negotiation and negotiating start date. The questions were all fairly behavioural based for the hiring manager, along with some questions to assess technical knowledge. And the recruiter interview was mostly focused on covering info from the resume.
