The interview process was not as expected but very thorough. The interviewer was very nice informative and straightforward. Many questions asked about the company how it can be improved how it can benefit senior citizens what I think should be done and what should not

Based on my understanding, the process usually begins with an online application, followed by an initial screening interview. For client-facing roles, the interviews mainly focus on behavioural and situational questions, such as customer service, communication, and problem-solving.

Entretien
Absolutely amazing. Very friendly manager that interviewed me. I had lots of questions about the bank teller job and the manager answered all my questions and was super nice. We had a wonderful conversation about all the teller duties and all the hours and schedules for the job.
Interview process is fairly normal. You get a call from a recruiter that’s 10-15 minutes long. And then 40 minute interview about your experience and interest. Basic questions were asked. You should be prepared to know the value and examples that you faced that can help with future problems you might encounter
