Received email asking me to select a time for my interview, a couple days away. Phone interview with immediate hiring manager and that person’s manager. Only one interview before job offer, about 20 minutes long. Heard back within 24 hours.

Applied online externally with relatives or network to give me a boost, did interview, and then a second round interview. Very laid back and casual interview, the interviewers were very nice and made me feel comfortable, as I was very nervous.
