J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez RBC en févr. 2011
Entretien
Applied through my college's on-campus recruiting. First round was with two mid-level bankers (associate/vice-president level). All behavioral: asked me about myself, asked me what type of work I had previously done at my asset management interview, why I wanted to do investment banking, why RBC Capital Markets, whether I knew anyone in RBC Capital Markets IBD, etc.

Talk through DCF, Multiple trends your following, LBO talk through, etc....
One 30 min 1st round, followed by a 1.5 hr superday. The process was online and super convenient and the team was helpful. HR reaches out with decisions 24-48 hrs after call
Generally, interviewers were very friendly, and the process was smooth. Two interviews for final round - technical & case study (which you are given a few days in advance) and behavioural. Logistically got unlucky, but my experience was not representative of the overall experience that I hear from most people.
