It was one of the worst experience having interviewed in RBC Singapore. First round was half an hour call with Senior Developer which went really well and then I have been moved to more detailed interview with technical and managerial round together. The interview went for 1.5 hours and i have answered all the technical questions and answers very well. There was no single question which I did not answer. I was very happy and confident that i will get moved to next round. After that real problem arise, I did not get response at all. I emailed 5-6 times during last 2 months for any feedback, result or what happened ? but HR did not reply me at all. I think it is not fair to waste 5-6 hours of candidate (if i include interview preparation it would be more than that) and then did not respond at all. Company should have moral values to atleast reply you are not selected if thats the case.
