standard customer service interview questions with 2 stages, 1st phone interview with HR, 2nd face-to-face interview with branch manager/s and mcc/s. Possibly another round of face-to-face interview with managers if the job title you apply is regional instead of a set location. Phone interview is pretty easy to pass, there are generic questions available online which makes it easy to prepare.
