The interview process consisted of going over the job description. There was two interviews for the position. The first interview was conducted through the telephone where an HR manager asked a variety of behavioural questions. The HR manager went over my resume and we talked over in details about my previous experience. Questions in general depends on the experience of the candidate. General questions consisted of: 1) "Name a time where you provided exceptional customer service" 2) "Tell me a little bit about yourself" 3) "What do you know about the company" If they see a right fit between you and the company, the manager at the branch will contact you to conduct a face to face interview that is much or less the same as the telephone interview. My interview consisted of having two managers ask me questions. They will also ask about prior sales experience. Good luck hope it helped.

I applied online and after a few weeks I received an email asking me to do an online test took a test online then a phone interview, the online test was kind of long with some repetitive questions but in general was fairly easy and not complicated.
