Took 20 mins phone interview, the rbc recruiter is very friendly. In the begging, the HR asked about some very easy questions. Then she started the interview, and asked about 5 questions.
I recently had a video interview with RBC. The interview lasted about 30–45 minutes. The interviewer was friendly, but the questions were designed to test both skills and behavioral thinking.
