Applied online, phone interview 1days later, face to face interview 2days later, offer was given after 2 weeks. Overall fast and good experience. Sales positions are easier to apply..... interview questions are about sales experience and customer service experience

I recently had a video interview with RBC. The interview lasted about 30–45 minutes. The interviewer was friendly, but the questions were designed to test both skills and behavioral thinking.
