The interview process was fairly easy. They asked the basic experiential questions along with the standard behavioral questions. The interviews were conducted via phone and it was a two-step process. Job offer was made within a week of the final interview

The interview process was a generic 3 round process, almost like all other financial institution jobs. The first interview was very general, similar to a pre-screening. The second interview was more technical. The third interview was with higher-up employees and managers.
