J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez RBC (Boston, MA) en avr. 2016
Entretien
Initial phone interview with HR, phone interview with hiring manager, flown up for face to face interview. The questions were pretty typical and run of the mill. HR requested I prepare 3 15 minute presentations for the face to face interview that were not used. I would have appreciated being told of this, as this took a long time to prepare for. Additionally they seemed to have no real structure for the face to face interviews.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez RBC (Toronto, ON)
Entretien
It was a fairly straightforward process, and similar to most interviews. Initial conversation with the recruiter; meeting with the hiring manager; salary negotiation and negotiating start date. The questions were all fairly behavioural based for the hiring manager, along with some questions to assess technical knowledge. And the recruiter interview was mostly focused on covering info from the resume.
Round 1 - recruiter
Round 2 - reporting manager
Round 3 - coworker
Mostly subjective one on one interviews without any panel
Business related stuff
IT related was mostly syntax
