After doing a phone screen, the process took quite a while for HR to setup an initial interview. Met with HR and the manager for the position and went through the interview. It took quite a while for HR to respond.

Very easy and simple - basic behavioral questions. Why RBC, why Commerical Banking, tell me about a difficult time. Asks very basic knowledge of financial statements. Felt like a conversation rather than interview
