Two-part process, started with a screening call from HR and then a 2 on 1 Interview with about 5-8 questions. The interviewers were quite friendly and professional. The interview was about 30 minutes long and was conducted virtually.

Entretien
3 interviews in total. Had a 30 minute telephone interview. Was mainly asked behavioral and motivational questions along with basic technicals such as the nature of the job. Second stage was AC, two interviews each 40 min. First one was motivational/behavioural. Was asked Why questions, weaknesses, technical skills, risks RBC can face and etc. Second was about CV and past experiences and how they relate to internal audit. Final stage was a 30 minute virtual interview with a director. Was asked motivational and background questions. More specific behavioural questions as well. Was more like a mix of a conversation and an interview. Everyone was really positive and supportive, they really do reflect the company culture.
