Entretien
1. Application Submission
Apply through the PwC Indonesia Careers website.
You can apply for multiple roles, but your application will be processed for one position at a time.
2. Initial Screening
This may include a resume review and possibly an online assessment (e.g., aptitude or technical tests depending on the role).
3. Interview Stages
1 to 3 interview rounds, which can be virtual or face-to-face.
Interviews typically assess:
Technical knowledge relevant to the role.
Behavioral and situational responses (e.g., using STAR method).
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Cultural fit with PwC’s values and work environment.
4. Final Interview
Often conducted by a manager or partner.
Focuses on your motivation, career goals, and fit with the team.
5. Offer
If successful, you’ll receive an offer and onboarding details.
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was a phone screening with HR to discuss my background and interest in the role. The second was an in-person panel interview with two managers who asked technical accounting questions, behavioral questions, and case-study style scenarios related to audit procedures.

chiamata con hr breve per fissare un colloquio a distanza e successivo colloquio tecnico in ambito contabilità e bilancio con manager di riferimento, feedback molto veloce il tutto è durato tre settimane
