1) es war ein langer Prozess überhaupt bis man eingeladen wurde zum einem Online-Assessment und danach weiter zu einem Telefongespräch. Erst dann gab es ein virtuelles Gespräch auf Teams. Und man wurde ziemlich lange auf die Folter gespannt bis man dann nach 2 Monaten eine Absage erhält.
Two rounds of interviews. The first interview was with with a hr rep and a hiring manager, the second was with a hiring manager and a senior manager. Both interviews required going over the CV, describing relevant experience and answering standard behavioral questions.

Entretien
Candidates were invited for a test at their office in Lagos. It comprised of about 5-6 questions. Candidates are to attempt all questions. After completion, we were told we would be contacted.
