Wir haben mit einer Einleitung gestartet. Hier wurde die Vorstellung Gesprächspartner vorgenommen. Dann wurde PwC mit den einzelnen Bereichen vorgestellt.
Dann wurde der Arbeitsbereich Audit besprochen. Im Zuge dessen ist man auf ein paar wenige fachliche Fragen eingegangen

Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind

Structured interview process — HR screening, aptitude test, technical round focused on taxation and audit, and a manager interview. Well-organized, professional, and gives candidates a fair chance to showcase their skills
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds, including technical discussions focused on data structures, algorithms, backend development, system design, and project experience. There was also a managerial/behavioral discussion covering problem-solving approach, teamwork, communication skills, and overall role fit, followed by an HR discussion regarding compensation, notice period, and joining timelines.
