First there is a computer recorded self interview then a 3 round behavior interview in person or on zoom with employees. I found it pretty easy because it was just behavior, they did ask me once about tax.

Three rounds, all behavioral. The first was with a recruiter focusing on background and interest in tax. The second was with a senior associate, diving deeper into experiences and teamwork. The final round was with a director, focused on fit, long-term goals, and situational questions.
