I only got to the first interview, there was one call before just to get to know me, the company, and the role responsibilities. I was told that I had to do an english assessment before the interview, I got the invitation to take the test on efset which I did and got C2 as my result. The interview was a technical one with questions about my past experience, the tools I've used, how do you work with them and ended with some questions about programming theory which I don't believe tells enough information about the hands-on experience of the candidate... I was asked by the recruiter to send them an email after the interview was finished which I did, but then never heard back from them, I sent a few more messages after that one, asking for any update or feedback but got no answer. Please stop ghosting candidates...
