I met the firm at a hiring conference put together by my alumni association. Initially, I wasn't even considering them, but I received an offer to come to the DC office and interview so I did. The entire process consisted of a background check, quick phone interview with HR, finalized with a set of round-robin interviews with a partner, manager, and director.

What are some of your weaknesses and how do you compensate for them?
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.

Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
