There were two 121 interviews arranged at the same day to ease the travel time. The candidate was asked to meet two partners/directors for a hour slot interview each. We went through typical introduction, relevant experiences and some other typical scenario questions.
The interview process was comprehensive and professional, focusing on technical expertise, leadership capabilities, client service skills, and alignment with the organization’s culture and values. Separate interview with HR and 2 x partners
