Recruté en stage de fin d'étude puis proposition d'embauche à l'issue du stage.
Un entretien RH seulement. Le service RH de PwC semble avoir un panel d'écoles (de commerce et d'ingénieurs, + autres formations) chez qui ils aiment piocher chaque année. Nous avons été quelques uns de mon école recrutés cette année.
Entretien RH classique, j'avais déjà rencontré des opérationnels, managers etc. lors d'un événement recrutement sur le campus. Proposition de stage quelques jours plus tard par courrier.

Pourquoi avez-vous envie de faire ce métier ? Connaissez-vous des prsonnes qui font ce métier et qui vous en ont parlé ?
lot of stages of interview. i need to take a test. then go through the first stage of interview. then 2nd interview is quite tough as they the questions are more very high thinking level which i am underprepared. but it was a great experience.
The process was well-structured and professional overall. It included behavioral questions, discussions about audit/accounting concepts, and questions focused on teamwork and problem-solving. Interviewers were friendly and made the conversation comfortable. The process was moderately challenging but fair, with clear communication throughout.

Final interview: was prepped by an early careers team member on a video call before hand. Interview was with a director or partner. Asked about how i expect to progress and why i want to work for the firm.
