Entretien
I had a phone interview about my general background and resume, then was invited for an office visit. The office visit consisted of a tour, manager interview, partner interview, and lunch. Both interviews were very conversational and focused around my resume and accomplishments - no behavioral questions. Overall I felt the interviewers got to know me and my personality, and everyone I met was very polite and welcoming.
Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. They give you answers as options to pick from instead of you coming up with and presenting your answer like you would normally

Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. Gave answers as options to pick from.
Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
