I first received a call from a manager prior to being formally invited to the office. He asked me a series of questions mostly related to my resume. After a few days I received an email invitation to visit the office and interview for the position. I interviewed with three individuals. The basic behavioral questions (worked on a team etc..) were asked. But overall the interviewers justed wanted to see if their personalities would be compatible with mine.
