Had a half-hour phone screen with a recruiter, mostly behavioral questions. Very low pressure, and a little bit conversational too. A few days later, they scheduled an office visit and interview for me. There were 3 interviewers - a "host", an associate/senior associate level person who tours you through the office and asks you some informal questions, a manager, and a partner. The manager and partner interviews were very conversational. Their questions centered on a couple specific areas of my resume. Very low pressure. Afterward, all the candidates and hosts were invited to lunch at a nearby restaurant. Overall, excellent experience.

lot of stages of interview. i need to take a test. then go through the first stage of interview. then 2nd interview is quite tough as they the questions are more very high thinking level which i am underprepared. but it was a great experience.
The process was well-structured and professional overall. It included behavioral questions, discussions about audit/accounting concepts, and questions focused on teamwork and problem-solving. Interviewers were friendly and made the conversation comfortable. The process was moderately challenging but fair, with clear communication throughout.
