J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez PwC (Calcutta) en mars 2022
Entretien
I was contacted by a HR from Kolkata who asked for all the details and then scheduled three rounds of interview and after clearing all of them another onboarding manager comes to picture. They asked for payslips degree offer letter release Aadhar pan etc etc and a lengthy form to fill telling me that I have been shortlisted.
Then after taking all the documents, recruiter
vanished for 3 weeks, without any response.
After multiple attempts, recruiter called me once to tell me, "Your salary range is out of our bracket, sorry!", and that's it! They did not even offer their 'range'.
A. They knew my salary from the very beginning. Why would you set up multiple rounds of interview without knowing your budged!
B. They have asked me to share a lot of personal data without any offer letter, this can simply be a trick to collate data as well, looks very cheap and very unprofessional.
Such unprofessional behaviour from a leading corporation, at least on few lists, you guys should be ashamed of yourself for wasting time and effort of candidates.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Related to workex and why I have changed two companies in four years and drilled into that.
Two interviews in total. Both were conversational and well-structured. I was asked about my research background and experience, as well as a competency-style question about how I handle two conflicting priorities. The questions felt relevant and gave me a good chance to talk about my work.
Inizialmente ci si presenta individualmente. Successivamente è stato presentato un business case classico da risolvere con gli altri candidati della stessa sessione in mezz’ora di tempo, esponendo la soluzione e creando anche una breve presentazione per i recruiters.

The interview process was good and straightforward. The recruiter keeps you updated in the process. The interview starts with HR interview, then proceeds with a technical interview (depending on the role youre applying), and if you passed, next is the Hiring Manager interview.
