I applied online on my college job connection website. I was accepted for an interview about a week later. The interview was probably only 15-20 minutes at most, and my interviewer pretty much just asked me to tell her about myself what region I was interested in. It was one of my first interviews ever so couldn't really gauge how it went, but rejection pretty much summed that up.
