Interview Process had various stages. First was online application consisting of basic information. Next there were 2 online tests. One was situational judgement based (career valuation) and the other a game-based test (career unlocked). I would advice doing the career unlocked test on a phone or tablet rather than a laptop; it's point based and had a total of 10 games. Next was the video interview (career conversation); this was quite difficult as it consisted of both competency based and behvioural questions. As well as a final question of 10 minutes prep and 5 minutes to speak on an ongoing project. Therefore it was difficult to prepare for. Lastly, the AC centre was a half-day format with 4 stages. Group discussion, written report, group presentation and 1 to 1 informal coaching with a recruiter. As long as you work hard and fast, speak up and contribute as well as take careful and relevant notes you'll be fine.
