I applied online but through the selection of my university. I applied on (9/30). I received an email for an interview offer on Monday (10/8) my interview was on Wednesday (10/10) (I selected the earliest slot and it was the only day offered). It was scheduled for 45 minutes. First I met with the partner 1:1 and then HR gave me a tour of the office. The next day I received an email for a final round virtual interview. I had it on Wednesday (10/17) it was with the tax director through google hangouts. It lasted 30 minutes. On Thursday (10/25) I received a phone call with an offer. My tips are: know something about the company. I didn’t get asked any technical/tax questions. Know the 5 attributes! They will pick an attribute and ask you to talk about a time you portrayed that attribute.
