New online three step process. Probably the worst process I have gone through. If I didn't like the people at the firm, I would have instantly passed on the process. It's great at weeding people out, and ensuring only the dedicated apply. I've heard from numerous people who currently work at PwC that they would consider not applying now because of this.
Step 1: 3 Online tests --> Math test, logic test, and personality test. First two is pretty much an IQ test in all but name. They aren't hard, but they take a fair amount of time to do and prep for.
Step 2: Recorded Video Interview. So awkward to complete. Only lets you do one attempt at recording meaning do or die.
Step 3: In person interview.
