Entretien
Group panel with all the candidates, followed by written exercises mainly focused on accounting, one theoretical and a practical case. Last written exercises focused on the knowledge of English language.
If is assessed as sufficient, the second part of the selection process is an interview with a Senior Manager, focused on economics general culture, accounting, English and motivational.
The final step, interview with a Partner, questions connected with the motivation of the candidate.
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.

Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
