Long process with phone screens, face to face, more phone interviews with video..in the end I started to wonder if they even knew what they were looking for. The process was long - the HR recruiter was outstanding.

"I need to meet you face to face, I want to see if you are someone we want to work with"
Applied online, 2 days later recruiter reached out to schedule interview. Interviewed with 7 people - Partner, Alliance Lead, MD. HR, ACRE. Interview was not difficult. The Partner had no interviewing skills. No emotional intelligence. He spent most of the time talking about himself.

Why do you want to work for PwC? Ridiculous question.
As expected for this type of employer and this role level. It was fair but firm. There were three people on the panel and it lasted forty-five minutes. It was in-person.
