It was a phone interview with a manager, it lasted one hour.
1) the manager described his role and the tasks of the position
2) He asked me to talk about my CV
3) Technical questions regarding the knowledge required by the position ( NO personality questions)

Assessment Centre- was given a case study to complete in a group of six people about a online tutoring company. We were then split into time slots for our individual interviews.
First was a HR phone call. Mainly behavioural followed by a case study which was sent 24 hours prior to the presentation day where we had to present our findings to a panel

Everyone was very welcoming and the process was quite straightforward. I could even choose my location at the end. The interviews happened online and were conducted in German. I appreciate the quick feedback.
