Entretien
First I had a brief phone interview and then I did some online tests and I had a group interview with 6-8 other applicants.
In the end I had an interview with a senior manager.

Question 1
IFRS and ITA GAAP accounting principles,Audit principles, financial statements analysis, taxation principles basic English questions. The interview lasted one hour
The interview was tough apart from the English questions but when I started working I realized that not every successful applicant measured up with the standards required. That happened because of high turnover that resulted in a strong need for staff members.
Team interview (4 persons)
-shows your team management and how you work with the team
- interviewer will ask some question. You and your team have to work together and show the answer for them.
Very nice, friendly vide during the interview. Both interviewers had patience and were willing to repeat questions that I did not hear well. Average level of difficulty during the interview.

Con 1 entrevista grupal con gente de RRHH y el área. Nos preguntaba acerca de nosotros y al final había una actividad grupal. Fue bastante fácil y lo bueno es que no hubieron más entrevistas
