First resume screening where out of 400 candidates only 40 people shortlisted from our college . We are B.Tech grads. Then online assessment where basic aptitute and CS fundamentals asked .Total 45 minutes. No coding . Only 18 cleared the interview. In interview they wanted non technical mindset people for IT audit.
