I applied through their website, got the interview date, went to the store, and was interviewed by a manager, who asked a defined set of questions and recorded all the answers in the paper.

Q: Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a challenge and how you reacted towards it?
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"

In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
