Just a normal conversation and asking situation based questions like what do you do if you have to choose? Mostly, taken by a manager and not too difficult. Takes around 5 minutes

Would you choose to serve a customer first or maintain the department?
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
