Got an interview on the day I applied through online application. Interview was relatively easy. After waiting for a while in the canteen, the assistant manager took me to a room and had a 1:1 interview. Basically, she went through a form and checked your working day preference, any conviction, standard questions (like why primark? what customer services experience you have?) I got the offer right at the end of the interview, and had a two-day induction on that week's weekends.
