Informal interview process, friendly, easy environment, easy work environment, not stressful, flexible hours, enable you to stay motivated, opportunities to progress, part time work, full time work opportunities too, good to work during uni for extra money and flexible to balance time and exams when neeeded and chance to relocate if required
They asked around four typical STAR interview questions that are simple to answer with prep and it lasted about ten to fifteen minutes. It was overall good and very relaxed.

There’s an exam first at home then an in person interview, it’s one manager interviewing you and it’s quite short, they don’t ask too many questions just know your CV and being able to work flexible hours helps

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
