I recently had the opportunity to interview for a position at Primark, and I wanted to share my overall experience. The interview process was well-organized, and I had the chance to learn more about the company and its values.
Application Process:
The application process at Primark was straightforward and user-friendly. The online application platform was easy to navigate, and the instructions were clear. I appreciated the efficiency of the process, as I was able to submit my application without any technical difficulties.

When did you work in a team in a stressful situation
They asked around four typical STAR interview questions that are simple to answer with prep and it lasted about ten to fifteen minutes. It was overall good and very relaxed.

There’s an exam first at home then an in person interview, it’s one manager interviewing you and it’s quite short, they don’t ask too many questions just know your CV and being able to work flexible hours helps

They asked about previous experience, and how to handle certain situations with customers, also about flexibility
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.
