J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Primark (Leeds, England) en sept. 2014
Entretien
Applied online with CV, covering letter and completed their online assessment. Waited just over a week to hear from the HR after submitting my application, then by the weekend of the same week, an interview in store was arranged. All in all, interview was quite easy (and it was my 2nd ever!)
Questions d'entretien [2]
Question 1
Asked questions along the lines of: why I think I'm suited to the role, what experience I have in working as a team, an example of when I have been in a tricky situation snd how I overcame it, what I know about the role of a retail assistant, what my proudest achievement is
There’s an exam first at home then an in person interview, it’s one manager interviewing you and it’s quite short, they don’t ask too many questions just know your CV and being able to work flexible hours helps
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked about previous experience, and how to handle certain situations with customers, also about flexibility
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.
