J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Primark en sept. 2014
Entretien
I applied online in August 2014 by filling out a questionnaire. I received an email about a week later inviting me to an interview five days later. The interview itself had quite a relaxed feel to it, and the interviewer was very nice. I was asked some general questions such as 'tell me something interesting about yourself' before being asked four questions. These are tailored around whether your experience, which means you're not disadvantaged if you haven't worked in retail before as the questions are directed around other areas (such as experiences in education). At the end of the interview I was told some details about uniform, pay etc before being told I would know whether I was successful or not by the following week. However, I didn't hear back until almost three weeks later, when I received an email with my contracted hours and induction details. I had accepted another offer of employment in the meantime, otherwise I would have taken the job as I got a really good impression at the interview.
They asked around four typical STAR interview questions that are simple to answer with prep and it lasted about ten to fifteen minutes. It was overall good and very relaxed.
