It’s only one interview with one of the managers. They will ask you very basic questions the interview lasted less than 30 minutes. they will let you know the outcome very soon.

The interview starts off with questions such as how well do you know the company? what do you know about it? then you're asked about availability and job/learning status. After that's looked over and filled in - you get given scenario questions about how to treat customers, what do you think you should prioritise in this situation etc.

In which order would you do these, Help a customer, pick fallen stock up off the floor and refill empty rails?
Easy, first you had to complete a situational judgement test online then only 1 interview. very quick 10 mins long. Questions are more about you and your skills and some situational judgement questions

-Had a phone interview before and then an in-person one, where you just have to be yourself.
-Just prepare basic HR type questions and you should be good
