I turned up to the interview ten minutes early to make a good impression. When I approached customer services they had difficulty locating the person carrying out the interview and I was led to wait in the staff room until the interviewer came for me which took quite some time. She then hastily took my information and rushed me to her office where questions were immediately thrown at me with no time to adjust. Interview felt rushed and I believe she had forgotten about it and was in the middle of something else, wanting me gone as quickly as possible.

Tell me about a time you went the extra mile for a customer
It’s only one interview with one of the managers. They will ask you very basic questions the interview lasted less than 30 minutes. they will let you know the outcome very soon.
Easy, first you had to complete a situational judgement test online then only 1 interview. very quick 10 mins long. Questions are more about you and your skills and some situational judgement questions

-Had a phone interview before and then an in-person one, where you just have to be yourself.
-Just prepare basic HR type questions and you should be good
